Corinne Miceli-Richard


Corinne Miceli-Richard is Professor of Rheumatology at the Université Paris Descartes, and Consultant Rheumatologist at Cochin Hospital, both in Paris, France. Prof. Miceli’s research focuses on: the genetics of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases; functional consequences of genetic polymorphisms; the respective roles of innate and adaptive immunity in rheumatological diseases; inhibitors of the Wnt pathway in spondyloarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; the prediction of response to biotherapy in spondyloarthritis; and mechanisms of ossification in severe forms of spondyloarthritis. Professor Miceli dedicates half of her professional time to research in the Immunoregulation Unit at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, directed by Lars Rogge.
